Flarm traffic dialog

Description

When all the traffic has gone it should close automatically, like the small Flarm radar.

It should at least be configurable behavior. Some might have it open on a second PDA just showing the radar while the first pda is the normal XCSoar. (Actually I'm thinking about this setup myself...) If the radar closes you will have to tap it all the time...
