Display Problem with HP iPAQ hx4700

Description

The newest version of XCSoar 6.3.7 seems to have problems with that device.
Here are 3 pictures of different steps of starting XCSoar:

You already see the loaded Moving Map Screen, but you can also see the wrong graphics.

You can also see on the screenshot that XCSoar seems to have problems with the loading of graphic files.

Exact the same on my Ipaq 4700 with ppc 2003 and Ipaq 3900 with ppc 2000

Caused by new ImageMagick? version (I upgraded 6.7.4.0 -> 6.7.7.2), which happens to choose the BMP4 format instead of BMP3.
