Paraglider / hang-glider icons contrast issues

Description

The paraglider / hangglider icons don't seem to follow the same display rules as the sailplane icon (black outline with white fill when terrain on, white outline with black fill when terrain off) which makes them almost invisible on 320x480 with terrain off
