Flarm Flight List Download faulty with 6.3.1.

Description
Hi,
I noticed, that when trying to download the flight list from Flarm using 6.3.1, I get a "logger empty" message, although there are flights on the Flarm. When reverting back to 6.3., everything works fine - the flights a listed for selecting to download.
I run XCSoar on Dell Streak 5 with a BT connection to the Flarm.
Thanks for looking into it.

PS: What I noted though is a faster reconnect after the Flarm reboots.

Confirmed. See attached dumpport log with 6.3.1. Declaration of tasks and display of the IGC files available for download worked most of the time, download of a selected IGC log always failed. Dell Streak 5" connected with BT adapter to an IGC FLARM.
With 6.3.0 I did not observe any issues.

One more detail, in case it helps you to narrow down the problem. In 6.3.0 and the last beta version leading up to it Flarm flight download worked perfect (Dell Streak). Task declaration I can only say worked for version 6.3.0, the beta version I didn't test with task declaration. Although the reconnect after reboot was sometimes a little slow with 6.3.0, I rather have a slow reconnect as opposed to a unstable download.
