FLARM Driver doesn´t work on PPC2003

Description

On my two Win PPC2003 devices (Loox 720, HX4700), the 6.3alpha3 FLARM-Driver seems not to work.
Connected to a non-IGC-Flarm both via cable and via Bluetooth, a connection could only be established when selecting the Generic-Driver. With the Flarm-Driver nothing appears in the Terminal and status is waiting for GPS.
Will check with Android on Streak in a few days.

I noticed this too on my HX4700. I did some bisecting and got b544a32d86f71aad2d718f9e682b21ce5d8b7 as the commit breaking the FLARM driver.

Turbo did some testing on his Streak where the driver works correctly.

Tested it today with current master and yes, it's working again.
