Pop-up after language change

Description

After a change of language selection, a pop-up appears and reads "Changes to configuration saved. Restart XCSoar to apply changes" whereas the change seems to be taken into account without restaring XCSoar.
If so, then remove the pop-up after language change.

If you look carefully there are a few areas where that change requires the restart for a change. InfoBox? titles for instance although also that change can be forced by an InfoBox? layout change without a restart, e.g. by rotating the display on devices which support that.
