see attached igc file.
header record shows HFGPS: CAI GPS-NAV
However, this flight was running on the Internal GPS
6.3alpha2

Need more information. Can you imagine you XCSoar thought it was a CAI GPS-NAV? For example, did you configure one that just wasn't available at the time?
