XCSoar on Android, Samsung Galaxy Note - crashes @ 15km level

Description

When zooming on/ through the 15km level the screen/ program (6.2.3 & 6.3 Beta) freezes; if you zoom quickly through the 15km level sometimes it will not freeze...

Could be an issue with the map file you use (especially considering your problems described in #1599, corrupted SD card). Have you tried another map file? Does it happen at all locations covered by your map? Which map do you use and where exactly are you positioned?
