Hi there,
I have installed XCsoar for android (samsung galaxy note) recently and I am just playing with it....I have created a huge DB of WPTs for my country (SVK) in .WPZ format (almost 7000 records) just to be able to navigate to any single village, town or city, but when I tried to load the file into XCsoar, the program crashed.... I can only guess, that there is some kind of either memory or number of records limitation. Could you please tell me the maximum size of waypoint datafile or the maximum number of waypoints that can be loaded into XCsoar?
btw, many thanks for such a great piece of SW...I have been looking for something simillar for a long time.... keep up the good work!

actually XCSoar isn't support the WPZ file extension/format. could you tell us where to find information about it?
still the file would be useful because XCSoar certainly shouldn't crash just because of a wrong file format or anything like that.

If so, then http://www.xcsoar.org/download/data.html should be fixed?!
7000 WPs should not be a problem. I use >10000 even on old ipaqs (although not in .WPZ format). Please attach your WP file.
