Yes. Just reproduced by maneuvering the glider by manual dragging in that area. I am also able to reproduce by setting up about the same map display in pan. Needs to be quite exact to show the problem - a couple of km (in map scale) of x/y positioning.

did you make sure that this is OpenGL specific?

I have only noticed this problem on my desktop UNIX/OPENGL build (very seldom). I have unsuccessfully tried to reproduce it on my streak.
