Display options needed for "Amoeba"

Description

The glide "amoeba" (as the ClearNav? guys call it) is hard to see if terrain and topology are turned on. It would be great to have an option or two for enhanced visibility.

ClearNavigator?'s choice of Magenta for the glide range line is quite well-suited to various colour backgrounds. ​http://www.clearnav.net/main/cn-overview-1.html

We should also consider methods other than colour to distinguish the glide range line from other line features on the moving map.
