Multiline text fields without scrollbars and wrapping

Description

On android the multiline text fields dont have scrollbars, are not wrapped automatically and are not clipped properly. Noticed in the credits dialog for example.

Sorry, not before 6.3. This requires some more refactoring (a new API for efficient multi-line text rendering).

Would be nice if scrolling would work for the waypoint details. This would be useful e.g. for the travelbyglider.eu airport details export. Not all data can be viewed now, its worth in landscape mode. An example if given here: ​http://travelbyglider.eu/sites/default/files/field/image/WP-Details-XCSoar.png
