Watched waypoints in map show wrong arrival height if takeoff is not yet detected

The arrival height displayed in the map is "- (elevation + safety_altitude)" of WP irrespective of WP distance. The "WP AltD" infobox shows the correct estimated arrival height. After takeoff the calculation is correct.

may be fixed in my rebasing (false closure), needs testing.

apparently fixed by my commit in rebasing f224d9e7bef78d6fcc4c50e5a3f841d7bd81e231
(but 9b362f patch should also be applied I think)
