Add flight log download code for CAI302

Description

Currently XCSoar has no provision to download igc logger files from Cambridge 302 instruments (nor presumably from any other logger).
This means pilots have to carry a laptop or PDA with the Cambridge utility installed, as well as the Android device with XCSoar installed.

In my humble opinion, having the possibility to download the IGC-file from a CAI302 is great but not sufficient. If the goal is to eliminate the user need to also carry around an IPAQ device, then the full functionality of these little Cambridge application 3UTIQ256 is required.

Yes, I agree fully. We will have all of that at some point. The CAI302 is the best vario you can get for money currently: its protocol is fully documented, every single bit of it. No other vendor is as open as Cambridge.
